Here's what I have planned for the week of May 21-24:

Character Trait for May is a DEVOTED HEART. The scripture reference is II Chronicles 16:9. For the eyes of the Lord move to and fro throughout the earth that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His. NASV

Math: We will finish up our unit on fractions and take a test on Thursday

Spelling/Vocabulary: Last Thursday I introduced our last unit in spelling and vocabulary - a lesson on "funny words".  Test this Thursday.

Grammar: We did not have time to review for the cumulative test last week, so we will do that this week and test on Thursday.  Again, the papers your child brings home this week that say "Cumulative Review-Adjectives" at the top will show you what the test will cover.

Handwriting: Since we have finished all the cursive letters - capitals and lower case - this week we will practice our handwriting in cursive.

Reading/Writing: This week we will begin STAR Testing to determine your child's AR Reading Level for the end of the year.  We will also begin the end of the year DIBELS testing to determine reading speed/accuracy/comprehension.
